DSC is looking for a Production Associate with Assembly experience and skilled with Fine tools:
- Final assembly of components
- Ongoing quality inspections of components during assembly
- The use of tweezers and microscopes
- Work within a clean room environment
- Use of forming presses
For this role, you will require the following:
- Demonstrated assembly experience ideally within electronics and or highly regulated, quality-controlled industry
- Experience within a clean room environment highly advantageous
- The ability to understand written work instructions and engineering drawings
- Ability to follow work orders and to meet production targets
- High level of fine motor skills
- Excellent hand/ eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility in learning and performing a variety of roles
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A dedication and commitment to our safety culture
- Ability to learn and participate in our continuous improvement culture
