Installing state of the art solar, battery storage and EV charging systems whilst leading and mentoring apprentices onsite daily and efficiently. Must be able to maintain a high workmanship and compliance to all standards. Responsibilities
- Installing state of the art solar, battery storage and EV charging systems.
- Leading and mentoring apprentices onsite daily and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or faults.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
Requirements
- Licensed Electrician (Contractor, Supervisor, or Standard Licence)
- SAA accreditation preferably or willingness to complete solar & battery course within 3 months
- Strong Leadership Skills, Proactive and Team Player
- Excellent customer service/communication skills is a must
- Valid driver’s licence
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
