● For event organisers

The show must go on, without the overhead.

Crews for bump-in, show days and bump-out - screened, inducted and compliant, for exactly the days you need them and not one day longer. We put the hands on the floor so you crew the peak and pay for nothing else.

The problem

The peak is short. Overhead isn't.

Events are the hardest workforce shape there is. You need thirty pairs of hands on Tuesday and none on Thursday — and the one thing you cannot do is move the date the doors open.

The deadline doesn't move

Doors open at nine whether the stands are built or not. Bump-out has a hand-back time written into the venue contract. Every other deadline in your business can slip. These two can't.

The demand is spiky

Thirty hands for three days, then nothing for three weeks. Permanent headcount cannot shape to that, so you either carry people through the trough or scramble through the peak.

The risk is concentrated

On a normal site, a no-show is a staffing problem. On bump-in morning, a no-show is a show problem. There is no second chance to open the doors.

Labour hire exists for exactly this shape of demand. You pay for the peak and nothing else.

THE CREW

Who we put on site.

An event draws on every trade we already staff — logistics, industrial, cleaning, hospitality and admin. One call covers all of them.

General event hands

Labourers and trade assistants for build, cart, place and pack. The backbone of any bump-in.

Forklift & materials handling

Licensed operators for unload, pallet movement and load-out. Tickets checked before we send them.

Truck unload & load-out crews

Teams sized to the dock and the delivery schedule, not to whoever happened to be free.

Cleaning & waste crews

Through-show amenities and the final make-good clean the venue hand-back depends on.

Hospitality & front of house

Bar backs, runners, gate and wayfinding staff for the days the doors are open.

Office & event admin

Admin, data entry and reception hands for the event office when the volume spikes.

HOW WE WORK

Take the run, or just the hard part.

Four ways to engage — from a single panicked phone call to a standing arrangement across your season.

The event I've got now

Single event

One event, all three phases. We crew bump-in, show days and bump-out on one booking, one rate, one account

Just the bit that hurts

Single phase

Usually bump-out. Your own team builds it, we pull it down overnight and hand the venue back on time.

I run events all season

Season contract

A standing arrangement across your calendar. Same crews returning, so the brief gets shorter every event.
