What exactly is “make good”?
It's the clause in most commercial leases requiring you to return the premises to an agreed condition at lease end – typically removing your fit-out, signage and cabling, making good walls and floors, and cleaning to handover standard. The exact requirement is set by your make good schedule.
Do you handle licensed trades like electrical or plumbing?
DSC supplies the labour, clearance and cleaning – the bulk of make good works. Where a job needs licensed trades, we coordinate them alongside our crews so you still deal with one point of contact.
How fast can you mobilise?
For most jobs, same-day to 48 hours depending on crew size and scope. For urgent liquidator clearances, call us direct and we'll move as fast as the site allows.
Can you clear a whole site for a liquidator or administrator?
Yes. Full contents and asset clearance, waste removal and handback are core to the service – including short-notice and difficult sites.
Who disposes of the waste?
We sort, load and remove waste to licensed disposal facilities. The site is left clear and clean, not just emptied.
Do you work to the landlord's make good standard?
