Every worker who registers with DSC goes through the same process — checked before their first shift, then reviewed after every job they do. It's how we know exactly who to send, and how reliable workers get the call first.

The process

From registration to First Call.

Four stages, the same for every worker. The first two happen before you ever reach a site. The last two happen on the job — and they never stop.

Stage 01

Register

Tell us your skills, tickets and the work you want — online or over the phone. You get one consultant who looks after you from here on.

Stage 02

Site Ready

Before your first shift we check your certificates and licences, White Card, right to work and references, and complete a WH&S induction. Nobody goes to site below this line.

Stage 03

Graded on every job

After every placement the client reviews how it went — turning up, quality of work, attitude, and whether they'd have you back. Every review goes on the record.

Stage 04

First Call

Turn up, do the job well, get asked back — and you earn First Call. It's the list we ring first, for the work that matters most.

Once you're First Call, you choose the kind of work you want next:

Want a permanent job? Tell us, and you're the candidate we put forward when an employer wants to take someone on permanently.

Temp Track

Prefer temp work by choice? You're first in line for project crews that run from start to finish — the same site, the same team, for the life of the job.
